Saved Views
Saved views let users quickly switch between different ways of looking at the same dashboard data. A view stores the grid state so users do not need to rebuild the same filters and columns every time.
What A View Stores
Section titled “What A View Stores”A saved view can include:
- Current filters.
- Column order and visibility.
- Column sizing.
- Grouping and pivot state.
Views are saved with the dashboard. To preserve views for future sessions, save the dashboard after creating or changing them.
Save A View
Section titled “Save A View”- Configure the grid the way you want it.
- Open Views in the top menu bar.
- Click Save View.
- Enter a view name.
- Click Save.
Use clear names that describe the purpose of the view, such as “Open Opportunities” or “By Sales Rep”.
Apply A View
Section titled “Apply A View”Open the Views menu and click the saved view name. NimbusDash applies the stored filters and grid state.
Remove A View
Section titled “Remove A View”Open the Views menu and use the trash icon for the view you want to remove. NimbusDash asks for confirmation before deleting it.
Views And Highlighting Rules
Section titled “Views And Highlighting Rules”When creating a highlighting rule, NimbusDash can also save the current filtered criteria as a view by using Save as View. This is helpful when the same filtered segment should be both highlighted and easy to return to.
