Loading Saved Dashboards

The Load Dashboard page lists dashboards you can access. Use it to reopen dashboards created by you or shared with you.

Open The Load Dashboard Page

Choose Load Dashboard from the left-hand navigation bar. NimbusDash displays a grid of available dashboards.

Dashboard List

The list can include information such as:

Dashboard name.
Description.
Data source type.
Data source title.
Owner.
Created date.
Last modified date.
Last cached date.
Internal dashboard ID.

Click a dashboard name to open it.

Empty List

If no dashboards are available, NimbusDash can show an empty state with a Create Dashboard action. Use this to start a new dashboard.

Why A Dashboard Might Not Appear

A dashboard may be missing from your list if:

It was not shared with you.
Your NetSuite role or employee was not included in the dashboard audience.
The dashboard is not public.
You do not have access to the underlying data source.
The dashboard was deleted or exists in another NetSuite account.

If you believe you should have access, ask the dashboard owner or an administrator to review the dashboard sharing settings.

Opening A Dashboard Directly

NimbusDash dashboards can also be opened through direct links that include a dashboard ID. Direct links are useful for bookmarks, emails, and NetSuite shortcuts.
