Dashboard Settings
The Settings modal controls how the dashboard grid and charts behave. Settings apply immediately and are saved with the dashboard when you save it.
Open Dashboard Settings
Section titled “Open Dashboard Settings”Click Settings in the top menu bar.
Grid Settings
Section titled “Grid Settings”Cell Selection
Section titled “Cell Selection”Enable Cell Selection when users need to select cells in the grid for copying, comparing, or reviewing values.
Row/Pivot Totals
Section titled “Row/Pivot Totals”Enable Row/Pivot Totals to show totals for grouped or pivoted views where supported.
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”Enable Pagination to split grid rows into pages. Pagination can make large result sets easier to browse.
Show Row/Filtered Counts
Section titled “Show Row/Filtered Counts”Enable Show Row/Filtered Counts to display row counts, filtered row counts, selected row counts, and related status information.
Grouped Column Display
Section titled “Grouped Column Display”Use Grouped Column Display to choose how grouped columns appear:
- Single Column shows grouped values in one combined group column.
- Multiple Columns shows grouped values across separate columns.
Use Theme to choose the visual style of the grid, such as Quartz, Balham, Alpine, Material, or Classic variants.
Grid Number Precision
Section titled “Grid Number Precision”Use Grid Number Precision to control how many decimal places are shown for numeric values. You can use the source setting, whole numbers, or fixed decimal precision.
Chart Settings
Section titled “Chart Settings”Cross Filtering
Section titled “Cross Filtering”Enable Cross Filtering when clicking a chart segment should filter the grid. This creates a drill-down experience between charts and rows.
Save Settings
Section titled “Save Settings”Settings are part of the dashboard configuration. Save the dashboard after changing settings if you want those changes to persist.
